A one chord monster riff with a west African "hambone" rhythm by one of the most influential rockers. No fuzz boxes then, just overdriven amps using lots of treble played on his custom made square shaped guitar.

I was blessed to see Bo Diddley at Rockefellars in Houston, Texas and he put on one of the greatest shows I have ever seen. Omar and the Howlers led in and they were fantastic too. I still get chills thinking about that show way back in 1983. Just awesome! |
